The nearby clubs offer first class facilities including restaurants, entertainment, bingo, carpet bowls etc. There is rarely the need to wait for a game of golf or bowls or tennis. "The Climate"

We enjoy a magnificent year round temperate climate. The summer temperatures are moderated by cool offshore breezes with warm summer days and cool nights - without the humidity of north or central NSW. Winter temperatures are cool with night time temperatures down to 4 degrees Celsius in July. However, the sunny winter days more than compensate. The winter frosts (about 5 each year) do not adversely effect the garden.
