Each home at Acacia Ponds Village has been custom designed to meet the individual taste and budget of the owner and no two are the same. We accept homes from two manufacturers and you may wish to choose from the wide range of plans available at our office, adding only some small changes to suit your personal requirements, or you may prefer to design your own home and have one of the manufacturers build it for you.

Externally a home can have substantial verandahs, carport or pergola.

The windows can be regular, large picture windows or elegant bay windows and doors plain, glazed or sliding. Flyscreens and security doors are standard features.

The internal finish is the same as a traditionally built home with full kitchen, bathroom and laundry. You will be offered an extensive range of standard features, including a choice of carpet and vinyl floor covering, paint colours and window coverings. You decide the number of power points and where to put them, the location of the light switches and the TV point.

Design the kitchen of your dreams and choose the colours and finishes you've always wanted. Then supply the measurements of your refrigerator, microwave etc and the design will be adjusted to suit. Even a favourite piece of furniture can be measured and we'll make sure the floor plan is right to fit it into your new home.

Relocatable homes are really custom designed both inside and out, to suit the individual requirements of each customer.
